Mr. Justin Zeitlinger is a violinist and composer originally from New Jersey. He studied at the Juilliard School’s Pre-College Division and the Eastman School of Music in New York under violinists Naoko Tanaka and Oleh Krysa. Justin is currently pursuing a master’s degree in music composition at the University of Washington, where he serves as a teaching assistant for music theory and also performs in the Modern Music Ensemble.

Justin played string instruments when he was young until college and played the first violin for the New York Symphony Orchestra; equally active as a composer, Justin’s work has been performed by ensembles such as Loadbang, PUBLIQuartet, and AIR Contemporary Music Collective (Beijing) and featured at international festivals, including Darmstädter Ferienkurse and UML-festival (Finland).
