Dr. Ethan
Violin and Viola Instructor
Dr. Ethan is an active violinist who has been touring in Taiwan and the US, including Lincoln Center, universities, cathedrals, local churches, community services, and tours with prestigious baroque artists and ensembles in the US. Dr. Ethan specializes in historical performance and baroque music. Dr. Ethan has obtained extensive performing techniques, including fundamental string pedagogies and styles of interpretation. Throughout his career in the U.S., he has worked with and performed alongside prestigious violinists ranging from performing artists to academic scholars.
Dr. Ethan graduated from the Historical Performance Program at The Juilliard School. He holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Music and Bachelor of Music degrees from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
