Mr. Sandy

Mr. Sandy is an accomplished musician with an extensive background spanning multiple genres. Mr. Sandy began playing drums at age 12. At age 21, he was touring and playing five nights a week in venues up and down the West Coast from San Diego to Alaska. Most of this was the leader of a 1980s new wave band. He recorded and released a record and a few singles during this time. With experience performing, recording, and touring funk, soul, jazz, and rock music, Mr. Sandy possesses deep expertise in these styles. Driven by his passion for teaching, he derives great enjoyment from sharing his vast musical knowledge with students of all ages. As a former band director and gifted drummer, Mr. Sandy has collaborated with renowned producers and artists, consistently delivering standout contributions through his exceptional technical skills and hard-earned musical expertise. His refined talents and long record of success have cemented his reputation as a consummate professional in the industry.
