For students who are using method books level 5 or have learned the music for four years or above, have taken music examinations in grade 5, or above, or want to participate in competitions.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation Policy - •. Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, either online at your account or via email to info@happymindsschoolofmusic.com. Phone or text is not valid. • Each membership is limited to one rescheduled change per month. • If you need to reschedule your lesson, you can do so as long as it's done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We allow one reschedule requirement for a one-time change per month; we'll happily accommodate your request. Please note that we only allow two changes per school year for long-term schedule changes for days or instructors. • Please be aware that any rescheduling request must be made 24 hours before the scheduled time. Any requests made after this will result in the lesson being forfeited or a $20 fee for reclamation. To prevent this, please ensure all classes are scheduled through our online system or email 24 hours before the lesson begins. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the student's regular instructor will teach the rescheduled class. • There will be no refunds, makeups, or saved credits for the student's cancellation without a rescheduling solution. • If the student needs to cancel their lesson on the same day it is scheduled, no makeup lesson will be provided, no exception. • The makeup lesson is only available if the school can not provide a substitute instructor for your regular class. • The only solution for a student's cancellation due to the primary instructor's absence is attending the instructor's additional makeup lesson day; otherwise, the lesson will be forfeited.
